아동 안전 기준 Child Safety Standards

1. 무관용 원칙

탭큐떱이알(이하 "서비스")은 아동·청소년 성착취 및 학대(CSAE)를 어떠한 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 다음 행위와 콘텐츠를 금지합니다.

  • 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)의 게시·공유·요청·링크
  • 아동·청소년을 성적으로 대상화하거나 묘사하는 글·이미지·영상
  • 성적 목적으로 아동·청소년에게 접근하거나 신뢰를 쌓는 행위(그루밍), 개인 연락처·사진 요구
  • 아동·청소년에 대한 성적 협박·착취, 인신매매 등 아동을 위험에 빠뜨리는 모든 행위

이는 이용약관 제6조(금지행위)에 해당하며, 위반 시 아래 조치를 즉시 취합니다.

2. 가입 연령

만 14세 미만은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다(이용약관 제4조). 가입 시 만 14세 이상임을 확인합니다.

3. 신고 방법

  • 앱·웹사이트 안에서: 글·댓글·사진·영상 옆의 '신고' 버튼 → 사유 '아동·청소년 안전' 선택. 이 사유의 신고는 운영진에게 긴급 알림으로 전달됩니다. 신고자는 작성자에게 공개되지 않습니다.

4. 조치 절차

  • 신고·발견 즉시 해당 콘텐츠를 비공개 처리하고 삭제합니다.
  • 작성자 계정을 영구 정지하고, 재가입을 막기 위한 조치(IP 차단 등)를 합니다.
  • 아동 성착취물 등 범죄가 의심되면 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관(경찰청)과 방송통신심의위원회에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 범위에서 법령이 정한 기록을 보존·제공합니다.
  • 모든 조치는 관리 내역에 기록합니다.

1. Zero tolerance

TabQWER (the "Service") does not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following are prohibited:

  • Posting, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Content that sexualizes or sexually depicts minors
  • Approaching or building trust with minors for sexual purposes (grooming), including asking for their contact details or photos
  • Sextortion, trafficking or any other conduct that endangers children

These are violations of Article 6 of our Terms of Service and are acted on immediately as described below.

2. Minimum age

Users under 14 may not register (Terms of Service, Article 4). Users confirm they are 14 or older when signing up.

3. How to report

  • In the app / website: tap "Report" next to any post, comment, photo or video and choose "Child safety". These reports are sent to moderators as urgent alerts. Reporters are never revealed to the author.

4. What we do

  • Reported or detected content is hidden and removed immediately.
  • The author's account is permanently suspended, with measures (such as IP blocking) to prevent re-registration.
  • Suspected CSAM or other crimes are reported to law enforcement (Korean National Police Agency) and the Korea Communications Standards Commission as required by law, and records are preserved and provided to the extent required for investigations.
  • All actions are recorded in our moderation log.
